Pak ghazal singer Ghulam Ali to perform at Varanasi temple — Hindustan Times

Renowned Pakistani ghazal singer Ustad Ghulam Ali will be performing at a music festival in Varanasi beginning April 8. The event will take place at the ancient Sankat Mochan temple.

This is the first time a Pakistani artiste will be performing in the temple premises.

Wishing that he could be present at the festival, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is an MP from Varanasi, regretted that he is unable to attend the event due to his busy schedule and was hopeful that he will be among the audience in the future.
