4 Muslims seek damages for time on U.S. Govt’s no-fly list – Newsday
New York: Four Muslim men who claimed in a lawsuit that they were put on the government’s no-fly list because they refused FBI efforts to recruit them as informants to spy on their mosques have been told that they are now free to fly. The news came on the eve of a federal court hearing in Manhattan Friday on a government motion to dismiss the 2013 suit. The government gave no reason why the men were ever blocked from flying, said their lawyers, who argued the suit should stay alive.
