Thailand: Terminal 2 at Bangkok’s Don Mueang Airport Officially Opened
Bangkok, Thailand, 8 March 2016, (NNN-Bernama) — Terminal 2 at Bangkok’s Don Mueang Airport, which has been officially opened, is expected to boost the airport’s capacity to be able to cater up to 30 million passengers annually from 29 million currently, Thai News Agency (TNA) reported.
Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) President Nitinai Sirismatthakarn told journalists the Monday’s official opening of Terminal 2 at Don Mueang Airport coincided with the 102nd anniversary of the operation of the airport.

According to the AOT chief, plans are also being made to undertake the phase 3 development of the Don Mueang Airport, in which a junction terminal will be constructed to link with public transportation networks in nearby areas.
