Get Set, Sweat: The Sanchaya welcomes fitness enthusiasts to decompress after the Bintan Marathon
The second annual Bintan Marathon will be taking place from Saturday 7th to Sunday 8th September; the 21.1km half-marathon and 42.195km full-marathon routes will take participants around the scenic Lagoi Bay – the scenic area that surrounds the estate.
Throughout the marathon weekend, The Sanchaya will welcome Singapore-based Yogi, Camilla Knight, who will be on hand to offer pre-race yoga and post-marathon deep stretching classes for runners to help ease tired and aching muscles. Further boosting their commitment to wellbeing, The Sanchaya will welcome Singapore-based athlete, Natalie Dau, from Wednesday 18th September to Sunday 22nd September. Natalie is the founder of global media platform The Daily Escape, as well as the highly successful RockstarFit App. She is a Reebok sponsored athlete and an ambassador and spokesperson for lifestyle brands including Sports Singapore, ClassPass and Polar Watches.
Aside from travelling the world to host wellness retreats, Natalie is a highly accomplished athlete, having represented Asia at multiple Spartan Race World Championships.
