Health and Wellness: 30 Daily Reasons why Ramadan is Better than Yoga
As interest in Health and Wellness is surging globally in the wake of the Covid-19 catastrophe, I have prepared a series of daily posts to promote the vast physical, mental, spiritual, social, economic and environmental benefits of Ramadan, the Islamic month of fasting. These benefits of the world’s largest joint movement regrettably get lost in translation, even within the Islamic world. Like Yoga, anyone can try it, and adapt it to their respective spiritual beliefs, but only if the practitioner has no underlying medical conditions. The posts will be updated daily.
